Terms & Conditions: By signing this form, I authorize Blue Sky Vineyard to charge my credit card for wine club shipments and fees, including applicable tax and shipping costs. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Blue Sky Vineyard by email if I should decide to cancel my membership after receiving one shipment. I further understand that it is my responsibility to notify Blue Sky Vineyard by email of any changes of address and/or credit card information in order to avoid shipment delays or additional shipping costs/charges. No refund will be made for shipping/handling charges when the package was undeliverable.
