Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change
To provide clarity and fairness, the following cancellation policy applies to all suite reservations at Blue Sky Vineyard.
1. Standard Cancellations
- 14 or more days before arrival: Full refund of the reservation amount.
- 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund of the reservation amount.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows: The full amount of the reservation will be charged
2. Modifications to Reservations
- Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability.
- Modifications must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- Any changes within 7 days of the scheduled check-in may be treated as a cancellation.
3. Early Departures
Guests who check out earlier than scheduled will not receive a refund for unused nights.
4. Group & Event Bookings
- Weddings, private events, or group bookings may have different cancellation terms outlined in the signed contract.
- Deposits for events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
- Cancellations due to weather, travel delays, or personal circumstances remain subject to the above policy.
- In the rare event that Blue Sky Vineyard must cancel your reservation (e.g., safety, emergency), you will receive a full refund.
