If you have ever wondered what wine is the best match for a meal, join me Saturday, April 12, 2008 for "Wine & Food 101"
I will teach you the basics of wine and food pairing and we will enjoy a delicious meal catered by C-Infinity in Cobden. Each participant in the class will receive a 10% off coupon towards a purchase at the winery and can enjoy a personal tour of our cellar with me, Karen Hand.
