Vitis Vinifera

Vitis Vinifera are native to Europe, as well as, East and Central Asia, but have been planted all over the world. There are estimated to be thousands of varieties of this species, some of the best known being: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Franc.

Blue Sky Vineyard currently has two species of Vinifera growing in our vineyard; Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc.

For the safety of our customers, we stop serving open bottles 1 hour before closing and wine by the glass 30 minutes prior to closing. We are always happy to sell wine bottles "to go" up until our posted closing time.
