Vintage Arts 2009 Artists Reception

Join us at the vineyard throughout the month of March to enjoy award-winning Illinois wines and unique art.

Enjoy the artists' reception Saturday, March 07 and Sunday, March 08 between 12:00pm - 5:00pm where you can enjoy delicious refreshments & celebrate the life and art of the late Victor DeGraff.

Victor DeGraff established the Sands of Time Studio in Cobden, Illinois in 1980 and there he developed his technique of using all natural colored sands to create permanent sand paintings.  Sadly, Victor passed away in February 2008 at the age of 87.  We invite you to enjoy some of his unique works from landscapes to primitive arts.

All twelve wineries on the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail will participate with local artists, whose works will be exhibited and sold at the wineries during the month of March.  Enjoy Shawnee Hills Wine Trail award-winning Illinois wines and meet local artisans from southern Illinois.
