Terms and Conditions
By reserving a suite at Blue Sky Vineyards, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Occupancy: Occupancy for our Blue Sky Suite and Tuscany Romance Suite is limited to 2 people per suite.
Age: You must be at least 21 years of age or older to rent a suite. Not suitable for young children.
Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises.
Check-In: From 3:00 pm until close of tasting room. (Please check hours.)
Check-Out: Before 11:00 a.m.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the suite. Smoking in one of our winery suites or foyer will incur a minimum $200 cleaning fee plus any costs associated with accommodating future guest stays in our suites due to smoke smell.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please call 618-995-9463. Percentages are based on total reservation cost. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation.
Guest receives 100% (less $25.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 75% (less $25.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 15 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $25.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is a protection plan that protects you against unexpected occurrences such as last minute trip cancellation, medical problems or weather interruptions. Take the concern out of booking by purchasing travel insurance through the offered third-party provider, RentalGuardian. Note: Travel insurance is not required to book a suite at Blue Sky Vineyard.
Damages: You are responsible for damaged property and contents in the suite during your stay.
Items Left Behind: Personal items left behind may be mailed to the guest at your expense.
Reliability: It is understood by all parties that these rules, regulations, and provisions attached hereto shall be a part of this agreement. It is understood and agreed that all parties have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and regulations and that they agree that any infraction of the above provisions shall constitute a breach of this agreement and provide grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all moneys paid. Furnishings, appliances, accessories, household items and any other items in the suites provided by Blue Sky Vineyards are not to be moved or removed from the premises. You agree that neither Blue Sky Vineyard nor its owners or partners are responsible for any actions you take while on the premises.
Laws / Ordinances: You agree that no laws, statutes or ordinances will be violated on the premises, including underage drinking and noise which might disturb neighbors. The relationship between you and Blue Sky Vineyards shall be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Illinois. You and Blue Sky Vineyards agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Union County, Illinois.
Correct Information: You are agreeing that the information that you submit to us is true to the best of your knowledge.
Please be aware that our suites are above the winery. Customers and staff may be present for 2-3 hours after closing.
