Tent Rental

Rent a private tent for your next special event. 

$25.00 Tent Rental Includes:

1 - (10 x 10 Pop-Up-Tent)

1 - (6-ft or 8-ft Folding Table)

Each tent will typically accommodate up to 10 people.

For an additional $25.00 we can make your event more personal by placing your tent in a more interesting location. . . say, under a windmill, our large elm tree or perhaps, somewhere deep within the grapevines.

Buffet / Cheese or Dessert Trays

Ask about our delicious, hors d'oeuvre trays for your next event.  We offer sandwich trays served with chips, cheese and cracker platters, and cookie platters to make your visit even more enjoyable.

Small Sandwiches Make a Delectable Buffet:

Entertaining is easy when you set up a Blue Sky Vineyard buffet for your guests.  Choices for our trays include, ham, turkey, salami, chicken salad or hoagies.  We use the same delicious sandwiches from our menu to create a delicious buffet for all to enjoy.  Served with chips. Prices Vary.

Cheese/Cracker Platter:

Contains a variety of unique cheeses as well as the standards.  Served with crackers.  $45.00

Cookie Platter:

Satisfy your sweet tooth with one of our scrumptious cookie trays containing a variety of delicious cookies.  $30.00

Interested in a Tent-"In the Vines" Wedding?

For $175 you can rent a 10x10 white pop up tent, and have it placed it in the vines, or near the Lonesome Elm tree, and have a more private, intimate event. Chairs, if needed, can be rented for $2 a piece. (Time and place of Tent Events are at the discrection of the events coordinator)There is a security deposit of $150 that must be paid one week prior to the event. This deposit will be refunded within one week of event as long as no extra charges for, but not limited to, property damage, clean up, etc. have been incurred.

(Tent weddings are considered "on your own" events. Blue Sky Vineyard will be responsible for setting up the tent and chairs for your event, and taking them back down, the rest is up to you. - In the case of rain, more tents may be rented at a fee of $25 each, but no back up place/plan is provided by Blue Sky. Tent Weddings can be rescheduled for another date in case of bad weather. No electricity is available for Tent Weddings.)

Tent weddings do not include usage of the pavilion or the wedding parking lot. These areas are reserved for the Gazebo/Pavilion Weddings and/or Receptions. Tasting Room restrooms and outdoor restrooms are available for your guests, as are the regular guest parking lots. Tent weddings do not include clean up or set up, other than the tent(s) or chairs that have been rented from Blue Sky Vineyard.
