Papa's Rosa
This red wine is made from one of Illinois' finest grape varieties, the Chambourcin grape. It is meant to be drunk young, similar to a Nouveau wine. Notes of black currants, cherry, and vanilla give this wine a smooth finish.
Pairs With: Pasta with red sauce, beef, steak or pork dishes and pizza.
