New Wines Released
These award-winning Illinois wines have been released just in time for the holidays. After three years of hard work in the vineyard and one year of crafting in our cellar, we are proud to announce our newly released Chardonnay.
Our Chardonnay is the first to boast the newly formed "Shawnee Hills" appellation on its label. An award-winning wine, our Chardonnay has fresh fruit aromas that lead into a creamy textured palate. A twist of apple and gentle toasted oak flavors create a warm, lingering finish with soft hazelnut overtones. If this sounds like the wine for you, purchase now. We only have 20 cases.
After much anticipation we are glad to release our new vintage Villard Blanc and Chambourcin Reserve. Our Villard Blanc is crisp and clean with fresh citrus flavors, and our Chambourcin Reserve, delicately hand crafted by our vintner, is rich in body and displays smoky oak characteristics and bright fruity flavors.

For the safety of our customers, we stop serving open bottles 1 hour before closing and wine by the glass 30 minutes prior to closing. We are always happy to sell wine bottles "to go" up until our posted closing time.
