New Release - Meritage
Blue Sky Vineyard's Meritage is a blend of all the premium red grapes that we grow in our vineyard. By blending 
Chambourcin, Noiret, Cabernet Franc and Norton we are able to offer a complex wine to our customers that also reflects the unique terroir of our vineyard. We are following the tradition of the Bordeaux region in France where they blend all of their "Noble" varieties.
Here at Blue Sky Vineyard we are very proud of our vineyard and like to showcase the quality of our varieties. By blending these varieties we were able to achieve a wine that is complex with several layers. As a winemaker I enjoy the opportunity to blend varieties to find the perfect balance and make the highest quality wine possible. I hope all who taste the Meritage enjoy it as much as we do in the cellar. This wine will continue to age and improve in the bottle for years to come.

For the safety of our customers, we stop serving open bottles 1 hour before closing and wine by the glass 30 minutes prior to closing. We are always happy to sell wine bottles "to go" up until our posted closing time.
