How do I pay for the Blue Sky Vineyard Wine Club Shipments?

A credit card number must be provided when signing up for membership.  All payments will be charged in full directly to your credit card prior to pick up or shipment.  No exceptions.

Instead of shipping, can I pick up my selections?

Shipments may be picked up at Blue Sky Vineyard once your credit card has been charged.  We will contact you by email or phone to let you know when it is ready for pick up.  Members have up to 15 days from the official pick-up announcement date to physically pick up their selection, after which time shipments will automatically be sent via UPS at the members expense to the address listed on the membership form.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What happens if my credit card is not approved?

There are two reasons why we may not ship your package ore it may be unavailable for pick up right away.  (1) card is declined or (2) expired credit card.  If this happens, we will contact you by phone or e-mail in order to resolve the issue.

What happens if my shipment is undeliverable?

If a shipment of wine is returned to us due to delivery failure, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you by phone or email.  If we are unable to resolve the shipping issue, a credit will be issued to your credit card however, shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

What happens if I move?

If you move while you are a member, please notify us of your new address by contacting the winery via email prior to your move to prevent missed shipments or forwarding delivery charges.  Blue Sky Vineyard is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages.

How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time after the first wine club shipment by contacting Blue Sky Vineyard by email.
