Event Terms & Conditions
Bartenders and bussers are $8.50 per hour per bartender or busser. Only Blue Sky bartenders/bussers may be used.
A service fee of $15.00 per hour will be applied for set-up/clean-up, staffing, scheduling, stocking and other prep work. This fee is applied for the hours during which the bar is open for an event. Therefore, if the bar is open for the event from 6:00p.m. until midnight, the service fee will be $90 (6hrs. x $15)
Extra chairs: $1.50/per chair
Extra tables: (60" Round and 6' and 8' Rectangular): $8.00/table
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 is required to book a pavilion event. This amount will be deducted from the balance due for the building rental.
The balance due on the building must be paid by the day before the event. The cost for the service fee and bartenders must be paid at the conclusion of the event. All remaining payments must be made at the conclusion of the event. Payments may not be mailed after the event.
Set-up time for the Tuscan Sun Pavilion may not begin until 10:00a.m. on the day of the event unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
Only Blue Sky Vineyard approved caterers may be used.
Only Blue Sky Vineyard approved cake makers may be used.
No loose flower petals or confetti are permitted in either building, or on the grounds encompassing Blue Sky Vineyard.
Candles must be either dripless or within a candleholder capable of containing ALL wax.
Please keep in mind that freestanding decorations, additional tables for photos, candies, place cards, etc., as well as, large or uniquely conformed head tables will reduce the seating capacity of the room.
We must be able to I.D. patrons and control consumption. Therefore, wine bottles and wine glasses will not be placed on the tables before the event. Alcohol must be provided by the bartenders from behind the bar.
All alcohol must be purchased through Blue Sky Vineyard.
No kegs are permitted.
No alcohol may be brought onto Blue Sky Vineyard's property. Any alcohol brought to Blue Sky will be confiscated until the conclusion of the event.
Under-aged patrons attempting to drink alcohol or use a fake I.D. will be asked to leave the premises.
No candles, sparklers or other types of open flame may be used outside.
No birdseed, rice, or wedding rice substitutes may be used.
Centerpieces and freestanding décor are permitted. No decorations may be attached to the walls or ceiling by any means.
Blue Sky Vineyard frequently has weddings or other private events scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday and occasionally, events are scheduled on weekdays. Therefore, the pavilion must be decorated the morning of the event - not the day before.
Due to regularly scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday events, rehearsals must take place at 2:00p.m. and conclude no later than 3:00 p.m. the day prior to the weddings. Also, ceremonies may not begin prior to 4:00 p.m.
Both the bride and the groom MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER by the date of the event.
+All prices are subject to change prior to the confirmation of a date with a deposit. *Currently, Package Four can only be accommodated with seating in the tent addition of the building.
