Event Terms & Conditions

Bartenders and bussers are $10.00 per hour per each, per the length of your event. (The Event Coordinator will decide how many bartenders/bussers are needed for each event.)  Only Blue Sky Vineyard bartenders/bussers may be used.

A service fee of $15.00 per hour will be applied for the length of your event, for, but not limited to, set-up/clean-up, staffing and scheduling, stocking and other prep/closing work. 

Events that start at 4pm or later will have an 11:59pm end time. *Events starting before 4pm will end 8 hours after start time. *8 hours only applies to combination ceremonies with receptions. Ceremony only events and other events have a shorter end time.

A NON-REFUNDABLE $500.00 down payment is required to book a pavilion event.  (No dates can be held/reserved without the required down payment.)  This amount will be deducted from the balance due for the building rental.

The balance due on the building, bartender fee service fees, and any remaining fees, other than bar tab,  must be paid 15-30 days (depending on the type of event) before the day of the event.  Any remaining payments or fees such as bar tab and gratuity, must be paid at the conclusion of the event.  Payments may not be mailed after the event.

A 15% discount is given on 3 cases, or more, of prepurchased wines. (Cases can be mixed.) Prepurchased wines must be ordered and paid for in full at least 1 week prior to your event in order to receive the 15% discount.

ONLY Blue Sky Vineyard approved caterers may be used.  Click here to view our Approved Vendor List.  Non-approved vendors may be used for everything else- other than the catering. A surcharge of $50.00 per each non-approved vendor used, will be added to your final bill.     (Cake bakers must have an up to date, valid food handlers license.)

We must be able to I.D. patrons and control consumption.  Therefore, wine in bottles and empty wine glasses will not be placed on the tables before the event.  Alcohol must be served by the bartenders from behind the bar. A Champagne toast may be served by the caterer if prior arrangements have been made with the Event Coordinator and the Caterer.

All alcohol -including any Champagne, must be purchased through Blue Sky Vineyard.

No kegs are permitted.

No alcohol may be brought onto Blue Sky Vineyard's property.  Any alcohol brought to Blue Sky Vineyard will be confiscated until the conclusion of the event. Blue Sky reserves the right to refuse to serve any one at any time.

Under-age patrons attempting to drink alcohol or use a fake I.D. will be asked to leave the premises.

Decorating the pavilion and gazebo will start no sooner than 9am the day of your event. If the pavilion is available, you can rent it, for a minimal fee, for up to 5 hours the day before your event to decorate. (If the building is available the day/night before your event, preferred vendor decorators may use this time to decorate at no charge.  -This option may not always be available).

Flowers, including but not limited to; table decorations or gazebo decorations, cannot be assembled on site.  Only preferred decorators/florists are allowed to assemble flowers/decorations on site.

Rehearsals will be scheduled to take place the day before your event. 1 hour is allotted for rehearsals. (Due to events that could be scheduled the day of your rehearsal, the time of your rehearsal could be changed by the event cooridnator if necessary.)

Both the bride and the groom MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER by the date of the event.
