Event Terms & Conditions

Bartenders and bussers are $10.00 per hour - (per bartender or busser).  (The Event Coordinator will decide how many bartenders/bussers are needed for your event).  Only Blue Sky Vineyard bartenders/bussers may be used.

A service fee of $15.00 per hour will be applied for, but not limited to, set-up/clean-up, staffing and scheduling, stocking and other prep/closing work.  (This fee is applied for the hours during which the bar is open for the event).

All events will end by no later than 11:59pm the evening of the event.

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book a pavilion event.  No dates will be held/guaranteed without a deposit.  This amount varies per package and will be deducted from the balance due for the building rental.

The balance due on the building must be paid 15-30 days (depending on the type of event) before the day of the event.  The cost for the service fee, bartenders and any remaining payments, including bar tab, must be paid at the conclusion of the event.  Payments may not be mailed after the event.

We must be able to I.D. patrons and control consumption.  Therefore, wine in bottles and wine glasses will not be placed on the tables before the event.  Alcohol must be provided by the bartenders from behind the bar.

All alcohol must be purchased through Blue Sky Vineyard.

No kegs are permitted.

No alcohol may be brought onto Blue Sky Vineyard's property.  Any alcohol brought to Blue Sky Vineyard will be confiscated until the conclusion of the event.

Under-age patrons attempting to drink alcohol or use a fake I.D. will be asked to leave the premises.

Blue Sky Vineyard frequently has weddings or other private events scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday and occasionally weekday events.  Therefore, the pavilion must be decorated the morning of the event - not the day before.  You can rent the building, for a minimal fee, for up to 5 hours the day before your event to decorate.  (This option may not always be available).

Flowers, including but not limited to; table decorations or gazebo decorations, cannot be assembled on site.  Only preferred decorators/florists are allowed to assemble flowers/decorations on site.

Due to regularly scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday events, rehearsals must take place at 2:00pm and conclude not later than 3:00pm the day prior to the wedding, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Event Coordinator.  Also, ceremonies may not begin prior to 4:00pm, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Event Coordinator.

Both the bride and the groom MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER by the date of the event.
