Our estate Chardonnay boasts apple, pear and citrus flavors while integrating a toasty oak, creamy hazelnut finish that lingers long after the last sip.  An award-winning vinifera, Illinois wine, we are proud to have grown and produced this delicate wine at Blue Sky Vineyard.

Although Illinois is not known for growing or producing vinifera wines, our Chardonnay is a true testament to the fact that we can do both and do it well. 

Pairs With:  Pasta with white sauce, seafood, poultry and mozzarella and goat cheeses.
